This role supports the development of advanced architectural-level detail in BIM using a range of technical software and collaboration tools: candidate portfolios must include examples of construction documentation that demonstrate strong 2D and 3D design sensibilities, excellent technical graphics, and solid project delivery experience.

Qualifications:

• BLArch/MLarch from an accredited landscape architecture program

• 5-8 years’ post-academic experience in construction documentation.

• A strong technical background with solid knowledge of construction principles.

• A portfolio demonstrating an excellent command of technical graphics.

• Expertise in a range of technical software and collaboration tools, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required; additional working knowledge of Vectorworks or Revit + Environment a plus)

• Professional maturity and a strong work ethic.
