With extensive experience in landscape architecture, architecture and urban design, Eleonora Zilianti’s work encompasses local and international projects highly differentiated in scale, type and budget–furniture, gardens, rooftops, plazas, urban parks, waterfronts and urban plans. Projects in New York City include Gowanus Canal Waterfront/ 365 Bond Street, Westchester Creek /Bruckner Esplanades, 223 Landing Road temporal shelter / Peninsula Mixed-use Campus. In Italy, Eleonora Zilianti was part of a team led by Bernardo Secchi and Paola Vigano to develop the comprehensive master plan for the cities of Prato and Civitanova Marche; and with Gino Valle for the master plan for a 600 acre residential and commercial development in Rome. In France, her Butterfly Garden was selected as a winner of the 2004 Chaumont sur Loire Garden Festival.
Eleonora Zilianti has been a lecturer and visiting professor at the Universite’ de Montreal School of Landscape Architecture, the City College of New York School of Landscape Architecture, and the Universita’ degli Studi di Sassari, School of Architecture and Urban Design. She is a member of The American Society of Landscape Architects.
